Prior to that, they held various roles at First American Title from 2007 to 2013, including Vice President & National Claims Services Sr. Counsel and Vice President and Director, Southeast Claims Center & Regional Manager, Eastern Claims Center. At The St. Joe Company from 2005 to 2007, they served as Senior Counsel, advising on land sales and development. Before that, they practiced as an Attorney at Penson, Padgett & Conrad, PA from 1996 to 2005, specializing in real property transactions and litigation. Laura K. also worked as an Assistant County Attorney at the Office of the County Attorney in 1996 and as an Associate Attorney at Smith, Thompson & Shaw, P.A from 1993 to 1995.
Laura K. Conrad received their Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University in 1988. Afterward, they attended Samford University where they completed a Juris Doctor degree.
