Amit Dubey is the current CFO at Padmini VNA Mechatronics Pvt. Ltd. Amit has previously worked as the Head of Finance Department at Honda Logistics India Pvt. Ltd from May 2013 to September 2016. In this role, they were responsible for financial planning, budgeting, strategy making, accounting, taxation, treasury, investment evaluations, stakeholder management, internal audits and compliances, risk management, MIS reporting and team management.
Amit has also represented their company for Transfer Pricing and handled issues related to cross boarder deputation of resources and related labor law compliances. Amit has been engaged in estimation, forecasting and compliance activities as part of the annual budgeting exercise and has performed various analyses like variance analysis to monitor & control expenses.
Currently, Amit is responsible for monitoring the inflow and outflow of funds and taking adequate measures to ensure optimum utilization of funds towards the accomplishment of organizational objectives. Amit is also coordinating with internal & statutory auditors for conducting audits and evaluating internal control systems to highlight shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations.
Amit Dubey is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. Amit has also completed their B.Com(H) in Commerce from Umeshchandra College, Kolkata.
