Jeff Wood

Jeff Wood has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies. Jeff began their career as a Marketing Intern at USF Holland in 1999, providing customer service support. Jeff then progressed to the role of Marketing Analyst, where they measured sales and market variables and presented market analysis. In 2004, they joined Holland, Inc as a Business Analyst, managing technical requests and prioritizing tasks. Jeff later worked at YRC Worldwide Technologies, Inc as a Senior Application Analyst, balancing workload and managing projects. From 2012 to 2017, they served as a Product Owner at BluJay Solutions, prioritizing user stories for development. In 2017, they joined Holland as a Operations Technical Project Lead before becoming the Manager of Operations Process and Technology. Finally, in 2020 they joined PADNOS as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst before transitioning to their current role as Business Process Manager.

Jeff Wood received their Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Western Michigan University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their degree, they hold a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in May 2014. Jeff also obtained a Pragmatic Marketing Level 3 certification, although the specific time of obtaining this certification is not provided.
