Amélie Motron

Amélie Motron is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in product operations, customer success management, and quality assurance across various sectors. Currently, at padoa since March 2023, Amélie collaborates closely with product and design teams to analyze user needs, validate product solutions, and enhance internal processes. Prior roles include leading onboarding efforts at Lifen and managing quality and risk at a hospital, along with contributions to environmental projects at the Métropole du Grand Paris. Amélie holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Environmental Management and Quality Management from the Institution de Management Public et Gouvernance Territoriale of the University of Aix-Marseille.
