Nicolas Tricot

Nicolas Tricot's work experience begins in 2003 as a Developer at PushMessenger, where they designed and developed a mobile chat messaging system. Nicolas then worked as a Development Engineer at Meetic, creating the mobile version of their service. From 2007 to 2013, Nicolas held various roles at Viadeo, including Project Manager and Projects Director, where they coordinated IT/web development teams and supported technical integration and internationalization processes. At Videdressing in 2014, they worked as a Projects Director. In 2014, they also joined BlaBlaCar as a Technical Manager, responsible for managing development teams. From 2015 to 2018, Nicolas served as an Engineering Manager at BlaBlaCar, overseeing the technical team of the Growth Tribe. At Back Market, Nicolas worked as a Senior Engineering Manager and Head of Engineering, where they managed teams and contributed to the growth and success of the company. Nicolas'smost recent role is VP of Engineering at Padok, where they are involved in decision-making, shaping the company's strategic direction, and leading the Agile Project Managers team. Additionally, Nicolas has also worked as a Mentor at Tech.Rocks.

Nicolas Tricot completed their primary education at Notre-Dame, where they obtained a Bac S degree in Mathematics in 1997. In 1997, they began studying at EPITA: Ecole d'Ingénieurs en Informatique, specializing in Sciences Cognitives et Informatique Avancée, and completed their degree in 2002. In 2012, they attended Crestcom, where they obtained a degree in The Foolproof Manager.
