Seval Sen is a seasoned professional in the field of environmental engineering, currently serving as the District Engineer at Padre Dam Municipal Water District since August 2015. Prior experience includes roles as a Civil/Environmental Engineer at RMC Water and Environment from June 2014 to August 2015, and a similar position at Brown and Caldwell from June 2003 to May 2014. Educational qualifications encompass a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from San Diego State University (2003-2004) and two degrees from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi, including a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering (1999-2001) and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering (1995-1999).

Padre Dam Municipal District is a California Special District that provides quality water, recycled water, park & recreational facilities and wastewater management services for our customers. Our service area covers 85 square miles in Santee, parts of El Cajon and Lakeside and as far east as Blossom Valley, Crest, Harbison Canyon and Alpine. We serve a population of 100,509. We are governed by a five member Board of Directors who are elected by voters for four year terms. Our public Board meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month at 3:30 pm. We are located at 9300 Fanita Parkway in Santee, next to Santee Lakes. We are proud of our award winning Park which is on 190 acres with 7 lakes. We have 300 campsites and 10 log cabins available for rent. In addition, we have an extensive day-use recreational area with picnic sites, fishing & boating. There are venues at Santee Lakes available for rent for special events.
