Álvaro Villarjubín

Álvaro Villarjubín has extensive work experience, primarily as a founder and CEO in various companies. Álvaro is currently the CEO of Padre Group since April 2018 and the founder of FindFor since September 2020. In 2019, they founded and served as CEO of VERY OPTIMO, JULIUS_, and SEPTEMBER. Additionally, Álvaro worked as the founder and CEO of MAURICE productora audiovisual from April 2018 to June 2023. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, they were a Professor at ESODE Business School from 2009 to June 2015. Álvaro's earlier experience includes roles at SÖRENSEN where they were the Director General from June 2007 to March 2013. Álvaro also held positions as Director of the Division de Publicidad from March 2001 to May 2007 and Account Manager from November 1997 to February 2001.

Álvaro Villarjubín attended the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained a Licenciado degree in Ciencias Políticas y Sociología.
