Ericka Sigüenza

Ericka Sigüenza has a diverse work experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Ericka is currently working as the Head of Client Services & Growth at Padre® Group, where they have managed accounts for various clients. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Director at the same company.

Before joining Padre® Group, Ericka served as the Head of Business Development at Agencia Montalvo, where they worked from 2017 to 2019. Ericka also held the position of Executive Account Director at TERAN\TBWA from 2016 to 2017.

In addition, Ericka has worked at Flock - Linked by Isobar, VMLY&R, Cheil Worldwide Inc., Leo Burnett México, DDB, Grey México, and LOWE, holding roles such as Director Client Management, Regional Account Director, Planning Director, and Account Director in various periods between 2002 and 2014.

Ericka Sigüenza pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México from 1994 to 1998. Ericka then furthered their education at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, obtaining an MBA in Marketing and Advertising from 1998 to 2000.
