Shaun Price

Shaun Price is an experienced professional in the fields of e-learning, instructional design, and customer service management. Currently serving as an E-Learning & Instructional Designer at Padua College since March 2021, Shaun focuses on compassionate communication, multimedia content development, and system analysis within an educational framework. Prior experience includes a significant role from September 2010 to March 2021 as the Rooms Division Coordinator at Monash University, where Shaun managed the Front Office team at Monash Residential Services, ensuring customer service excellence and a positive residential experience for students. Shaun also held positions as an Information Services Officer at Monash University, as well as Customer Service Officer roles at Novotel Hotels and Hilton Sydney. Shaun holds a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Curtin University and has a foundational education from the International College of Management Sydney and Wesley College.
