Matt Snow

Snow began his current position at Baptist Health in 2019 and provides leadership to Engineering, Real Estate, Construction, Bio-medical Engineering, and Signage. He has previous experience as the executive director of facilities at Baptist Health Paducah, an HVAC sales engineer, and a consulting engineer/project manager. Matt earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Western Governors University in 2016 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University Kentucky in 2008. He is certified as a Professional Engineer, Certified Energy Manager, and a LEED Accredited Professional. Matt was named the 2017 Young Leader of the Year by the 4 Rivers Business Journal, the 2017 Regional Leader by the American Society of Healthcare Engineering, and a Kentucky Colonel in 2016. He participated in the Leadership Kentucky program in 2016 and the Leadership Paducah program in 2013. Matt has served as the secretary/treasurer and the sustainability director of the Kentucky Society of Healthcare Engineers, the founding co-chair of Paducah Young Professionals, the president of the Leadership Paducah Foundation, president of the West Kentucky Regional Chamber Alliance, and a board member for United Way.
