Carlton McFarlane

Carlton McFarlane is currently working as the CTO at På(fyll), a circular service that delivers and picks up everyday products in refillable containers. Previously, Carlton has worked as a Project Manager, Tech Consultant, and Entrepreneur at Ilić McFarlane, a Software Engineer at BRYTER, and as the Director of Operations at Soundwave Festival Croatia. Carlton has also held various roles such as Lead Developer - Front End at Rare Recruitment, Policy Advisor at the Department for Communities and Local Government, Deputy Event Manager at Outlook Festival, and Business Development Officer at Hubbub. Carlton holds a degree in Development Studies and International Development from SOAS, University of London, among other educational qualifications.
