Eric Poon

Eric Poon is an experienced consultant in risk management, portfolio analysis, and asset valuation, currently working at PAG since November 2013. Previously, Eric held the position of Vice President of Risk Management, focusing on similar areas of expertise. Prior to joining PAG, Eric served as Assistant Vice President and Head of the Real Estate Valuation Group at American Appraisal, a division of Kroll, from June 2009 to October 2013. Eric also gained experience as Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield Investors Asia and as Project Manager for Non-Performing Assets Acquisition at Bank Of China Group Investment Ltd from June 2006 to November 2008.
