Nao Ichikawa is currently the Vice President of Human Capital at PAG since July 2019. Prior to this role, Nao worked at Heidrick & Struggles from September 2010 to June 2019, where Nao held various positions such as Principal, Engagement Manager, and Associate. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Nao worked at Magellan Partnership as an Executive Search from December 2009 to August 2010. Nao completed their education at Durham University from 2006 to 2009.
