Amena Dove

Amena Dove is an experienced financial professional currently serving as the Financial Controller at Pagabo Group since November 2024. Previously, Amena held the position of Finance Manager at Preventx from July 2023 to November 2024, where responsibilities included leading Finance ESG initiatives and serving as Head of the Social, Wellbeing, and Outreach committee, along with successfully implementing automated expense and API automation systems. Prior to this role, Amena worked as the Financial Controller at AESSEAL PLC and as a Finance & Compliance Specialist and Business Finance Partner for Northern Europe. Amena’s career began at PwC as a Senior Associate in Accounting Services, delivering outsourced compliance solutions. Amena holds an ACA in Accounting and Finance from ICAEW and graduated from Wickersley School and Sports College in 2017.
