Guilherme Romão

Guilherme Romão has a wealth of work experience, beginning as an Estagiário de Engenharia at SS Soluções Consultoria e Projetos em Engenharia in 2013. Guilherme then moved to Santander Brasil in 2014, where they held various roles including Analista de Estratégias de Risco Senior, Analista de Estratégias de Riscos Pleno, Analista Júnior de Riscos de Crédito, and Estagiário de Riscos de Crédito. In 2020, they joined Neon as a Credit Risk Manager, and most recently, in 2021, they began their role as Chief Risk Officer at Pagaleve.

Guilherme Romão earned an Engineer's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas between 2010 and 2015.
