Jaqueline Conti Bagoli

Jaqueline Conti Bagoli has been in the hospitality industry since 2012. Jaqueline began their career as a Recepcionista at Comfort Suites Alphaville, where they were responsible for greeting and accompanying guests from their arrival to their departure, as well as providing support to guests through the Service One system and directing requests to the responsible areas. Jaqueline also had direct sales and reservation insertion experience. Additionally, they had experience in daily financial control of receipts and invoicing, with experience in auditing.

In 2017, they moved to Quality Suites Oscar Freire as an Agente de Reservas, where they were responsible for direct sales via telephone and email, as well as managing national and international sales channels, negotiating, inserting and monitoring groups/events.

In 2018, they moved to Radisson Blu as an Agente de Reservas, where they were responsible for direct sales via telephone and email, as well as managing national and international sales channels, negotiating, inserting and monitoring groups/events.

In 2019, they moved to OYO as a Financial Analyst, where they were the third employee in the operations area, creating and developing the operational support cell for the partner, adapting and building processes for the local reality, hiring and training the operations team. Jaqueline was also responsible for structuring the reconciliation and collection cell of the finance area, with a base of 100 hotels in operation, creating and developing local processes with the parent company, while at the same time providing direct support to the partner.

Most recently, in 2021, Jaqueline Conti Bagoli joined Pagaleve as a Finance Analyst.

Jaqueline Conti Bagoli attended Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. From 2010 to 2012, they attended ITB - Instituto Tecnico de Barueri, where they earned a Technical High School degree in Hospitality.
