Elizabeth Muñoz has worked in the hospitality industry since 2010. Elizabeth began their career as a Concierge & Front Desk Agent at The Westin La Cantera Hill Country Resort in 2010. In 2012, they joined The St. Regis Mexico City as a Front Desk Agent and Public Relations Trainee. In 2013, they became a Banquet Captain Trainee at St. Regis Mexico City. In 2015, they moved to Westin Hotels & Resorts as a Guest Service Agent. In 2016, they became a Guest Relations Manager at Camino Real Polanco. Elizabeth also obtained a degree in Administración de Empresas Hospitalarias from Universidad del Valle de México between 2006 and 2010, with a focus on Administración/Gestión hotelera.
