Aviv Koren is a Business Intelligence Developer with extensive experience in creating and optimizing ETL pipelines and enhancing data processing efficiency. Currently employed at Pagaya since October 2025, Aviv previously worked at Augury from June 2022 to October 2025, where responsibilities included developing scalable ETL architectures, managing global data integrations, and creating Power BI dashboards for actionable insights. Prior experience as a Data Operations Analyst at Ex Libris involved validating metadata accuracy and utilizing automation tools. An internship as a BI module developer at Medinol led to the development of data warehousing and visualization tools for management. Aviv holds an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Jerusalem College of Engineering.
