Elaine Lui, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a People Partner at Pagaya since October 2022. Previously, Elaine held the position of HR Partner for Prime Video & Studios at Amazon from February 2022 to October 2022, where responsibilities included providing counsel to senior technology leaders, managing performance cases, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. From May 2019 to February 2022, Elaine was the Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner at Cantor Fitzgerald, advising over 700 employees across various institutional groups. Elaine's earlier roles include North America Learning Specialist and HR Coordinator at Solvay, where participation in a leadership development program involved project management and training initiatives, along with worked as a Store Management Intern at Macy's, focusing on customer service and operational efficiency. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management, Labor Studies, and Employment Relations from Rutgers University.
