Itay Gefen

Itay Gefen is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development and management. Currently serving as the Partnerships Team Lead at Pagaya since May 2022, Itay has also held the position of CEO at Yazam Software House since November 2017. Previous roles include Account Executive at LivePerson, Publisher Account Manager at Taboola, and Strategy Consultant at Deloitte. Itay led business development efforts for ALU Education in East Africa and served as a Business Development Associate at McKinsey & Company, specifically for the McKinsey Academy. Additionally, Itay worked as a Business Development Consultant for visit.org and conducted research as a Departmental Research Assistant at Columbia University. Itay earned a Master’s degree in Economic Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Economics from the University of Haifa.
