Josh Fagen

Josh Fagen currently serves as the Head of Investor Relations and COO at Pagaya since September 2024. Prior to this role, Fagen was the VP/Head of Investor Relations & Strategic Initiatives at SoFi from November 2019 to September 2024, where responsibilities included leading investor relations, competitive research, strategic initiatives, and co-heading the finance division. Earlier experience includes positions at Citadel as a European Media/Telecoms/Internet Analyst, Calypso Capital as an analyst focused on Media and Telecom sectors, and Level Global Investors as a Global Media/Telecoms Analyst, where noteworthy achievements included a significant return on investment from a turnaround of Virgin Media. Fagen earned a Bachelor's with Honors in Economics from Brandeis University.
