Nick Stopak

Nick Stopak, CFA, currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Risk Management at Pagaya, where responsibilities include monitoring the performance of ABS holdings from securitizations and conducting certificate valuations and sensitivity analyses. Prior to this role, Nick held positions at KPMG as a Senior Associate in Risk, focusing on model validation and documentation, and at PenFed Credit Union as a Quantitative Modeling Analyst, where econometric models were developed for capital planning. Nick's career also includes consulting at Deloitte, leading peer-assisted study sessions at James Madison University, and interning at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Nick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from James Madison University and graduated from Poolesville High School's Global Ecology Magnet Program.
