Olivia Lengyel

Olivia Lengyel is a Program Manager for Recruiting Operations at Pagaya, with a strong background in talent acquisition and board governance. Previous experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Pagaya and a Board Governance Specialist at BVS Women's Choir, where Olivia analyzed board functions to enhance efficiency and represented stakeholder interests. In prior roles, Olivia worked as an Operations Coordinator at Paperspace, a Substitute Teacher for various dance classes at American Youth Dance Theatre, and held positions at About Artists Agency, The Public Theater, and Roundabout Theatre Company. Olivia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre Arts from Marymount Manhattan College and has additional studies in Musical Theatre and Arts Management. Currently, Olivia is pursuing further education at Kingston University.
