Rosemary Dresser

Rosemary Dresser is a legal operations expert currently serving as Lead, Legal Operations at Pagaya since October 2023. Prior to this role, Rosemary held various positions at Doma from October 2019 to October 2023, including Manager of Regulatory and Risk Strategy, where responsibilities included overseeing regulatory examinations, managing compliance functions, and supporting enterprise risk management. Rosemary's earlier experience includes roles as Manager of Licensing & Regulatory Affairs and Regulatory Affairs Manager at Doma, as well as Licensing Manager and Compliance Specialist at Mosaic, and Paralegal at Stark & Dambrosio, LLP. Rosemary obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Spatial Science from UC Santa Barbara and a Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego.
