Tania Lestingi

Tania Lestingi is the Vice President of People at Pagaya, a financial technology company using Big Data analytics and AI-driven analysis to expand credit access. Previously, Tania held various human resources leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, Barclays Investment Bank, and Deutsche Bank. Tania holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Fordham University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University at Albany.
