The leadership team at Pagaya has a long history of experience in many different industries. They have worked as consultants, directors, and CEOs at companies such as Goldman Sachs, Accenture, Google, Capital One, TD Ameritrade, McKinsey & Company, Barclays, and the London Stock Exchange Group. They have also been involved with the retail strategy, data analytics, and client experience at TD Ameritrade. In addition, they have worked as associate partners at McKinsey & Company and as deputy global treasurer at Citadel.
