Alex Falararo

Alex Falararo, CGA ®, has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Alex currently works at PagBank as the Head of Research and Portfolio Strategy, where they are responsible for creating asset allocation strategies and managing investment portfolios. Prior to this, Alex worked as an Asset Allocation Coordinator and Specialist at PagBank, where they monitored and presented portfolio results and provided training to sales teams. Alex also worked at Bluefields Aceleradora as a Startup Facilitator, helping entrepreneurs prepare and present their startup pitches to investors. Alex has also worked at KPC Consultoria as the Head Analyst of Research and Global Investment Strategy, at Café e Coffee as a Co-Founder, at Universidade Brasil as an Entrepreneurship Teacher, and at C4C Coaching 4 Change as a Partner, Coordinator, and Professor of Financial Administration. Alex also founded Startup Diário, a website focused on entrepreneurship and startups, and was a partner at Hotmoney, a financial education website. Additionally, Alex worked at Plena Investimentos as an Operations Manager and Investment Analyst, and at Wachovia Securities, LLC as a Financial Advisor Assistant intern.

Alex Falararo, CGA®, has a diverse education history. Alex earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in 2011. In 2012, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from B.I. International, which they completed in 2014. Alex also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Extension in Innovation from UC Berkeley School of Information and Babson College, both obtained in 2013. Alex furthered their education with an Extension Course in Introduction to Economic Psychology from Instituição de Ensino FIPE in 2015 and a Professional Qualification in Coaching from Coaching 4 Change in 2014. Alex obtained additional certifications, including a CGA (Certificado de Gestor ANBIMA) from ANBIMA in 2019 and a CPA-20 certification in 2009. Alex has also pursued various online courses from LinkedIn and Coursera in subjects such as business analysis, project management, data science, leadership, and finance.
