André Ventura has a diverse work experience in various finance-related roles. André started their career at BNP Paribas Personal Finance, where they worked as a Financial Planning Analyst and later became a Financial Planning Coordinator. André then moved on to hold multiple positions at BNP Paribas, including Controllership Superintendent, Procurement Superintendent, and Finance Superintendent.
After their time at BNP Paribas, Ventura joined Cogna Educação as a Finance Director, where they managed treasury, accounts payable and receivable, revenue assurance, MIS, and collections. André also handled financial management for various government educational programs.
Ventura then became a Finance Superintendent at B3, where they were responsible for treasury, accounts payable and receivable, billing, collections, and procurement. André managed a significant amount of cash and also handled debt structuring and management.
Following B3, Ventura worked as the CFO at Medcel (Afya Educational), Private Equity Bozano Investimentos. In this role, they were responsible for controllership, accounting, tax, costs and pricing, treasury, financial planning, procurement, and logistics. André also worked on structuring governmental funding and achieved cost reductions.
Ventura then joined Mercado Livre as a Treasury Country Manager and later became a Treasury Director. André managed billions of funds and structured significant credit receivables.
Currently, Ventura works as the Finance Director at PagBank PagSeguro.
André Ventura completed their undergraduate studies at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 1996 to 2001, where they earned a degree in Civil Engineering. Additionally, they pursued further education in Project Management at Fundação Vanzolini - USP, obtaining certifications in PMI/PMP/PMBoK.
