AI Content Creator And Editor

Role:

Page One Power is a fully remote SEO agency that offers link building, digital PR, onsite content creation, and technical SEO services. 

We are looking for someone to join our contract team who has experience using generative AI tools to generate blog-style content. This is an ongoing opportunity that will provide consistent work day over day, week over week. We are interested in contractors who would like to pick up a steady flow of work daily and weekly. 

As an AI Content Creator and Editor, you will be responsible for generating and humanizing written content for Page One Power on an article-by-article basis. This is a contract role that will support our link building products. We will create a strategy and outline for you to follow when crafting the article. You will then create the content using generative AI tools and complete edits as needed to humanize it and ensure it follows the editorial guidelines for the article (such as style preferences, the number and quantity of links, etc.). After creating the content, you will submit the article to our internal editorial team for review to ensure each piece you create meets our quality standards.

We are looking for individuals who can turn in polished, humanized, high-quality, and client-ready work for editorial review for their initial submissions.

Although creativity is important, the ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail is perhaps even more vital. We expect and require all contract writers to follow the guidelines provided with each assignment to ensure the work we do aligns with our quality standards and the predetermined SEO goals we’re working to achieve for our clients.

• Must be a fluent English speaker/writer

• Meet and take responsibility for clearly stated deadlines

• Pay attention to detail and follow instructions closely

• Use AI tools to support and assist in the creation of high-quality, engaging content

• Proactively communicate with questions or concerns, such as not being able to meet deadlines or issues with the work

• Possess excellent editorial skills and regularly produce articles that are free of spelling, punctuation, and grammatical errors

• Thoroughly fact-check all claims in articles to ensure accuracy

• Flourish in an environment that is dependent upon respectful written communication

• Work well independently, as well as collaboratively with copy editors when provided written feedback

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have previous verifiable writing experience, specifically in the range of creating organic content for the web (such as blog posts and informational content)

• Must have previous experience using generative AI tools — such as Frase.io, Jasper AI, or similar — to support the content writing process

• Must have previous verifiable experience writing about different topics/working in different niches

• Ability to humanize AI-generated content to ensure it is effective and engaging

• Proficiency in Google Suite: Google Docs, Sheets, etc.

• Experience with Asana preferred, but not required

  • If no experience with Asana, expressed confidence and experience in learning new digital tools with the help of a step-by-step walkthrough

• Ability to work within specific topic confines and listed restrictions

Compensation/Employment Type: 

Individuals are hired on a remote contractor status. Invoices are submitted and paid on a weekly basis. Compensation will be based on the intended word count and clearly listed in each task.

General Pricing:

Under 799 words: $40

800 - 1499 words: $55

1500 - 2200 words: $75

*some tasks may be priced higher based on manager discretion.
