Chuck Pagharion

Francis Gerard Martin Pagharion is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in media management, talent marketing, and branding. Currently serving as Global Media Manager at Page Outsourcing since December 2022, Francis previously held the position of Talent Marketing and Insights Manager at Robert Walters, where a strong emphasis was placed on account management and strategic recruitment in the APAC region. With a background in branding and marketing from SPi CRM and SPi Global, Francis has successfully led initiatives to enhance employer branding and internal communications. Education includes a Certified Digital Marketer from the International Institute of Digital Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from De La Salle University.
