Jessica Bayer

Jessica Bayer is a seasoned executive recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition and corporate communications. Currently serving as a Managing Partner at DHR Global, Jessica leads the Corporate Affairs and Corporate Communications executive search function. Jessica's previous roles include Executive Recruiter at Patino Associates, where expertise in placing Chief Communications Officers and other leadership roles was developed. As a founding member of CASA, Jessica contributed to a collective effort of Corporate Affairs search firms. Prior positions include Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Burson-Marsteller and Publicis Groupe, focusing on strategic recruitment across various companies. Jessica began their career at the Corporate Executive Board and holds a BA in Mass Communication from Louisiana State University.
