Kaitlin Graves

Kaitlin Graves has extensive work experience in various roles in the HR and corporate culture fields. Kaitlin started at Pagefreezer as the VP of People in 2017, where they played a crucial role in scaling the company and implementing people and culture strategies. Kaitlin later transitioned to the role of HR Manager, where they managed talent acquisition, talent management, and talent development. Prior to their time at Pagefreezer, Kaitlin worked at Clio as an Employee Experience Coordinator and an Accounts Payable Specialist. Kaitlin also had experience in project management at Massive Media Inc. and visitor relations at Artpace San Antonio. Kaitlin's career began at Proxy Theatre Company, where they served as the Managing Director and helped produce theatre productions for the local community. With a strong background in HR and corporate culture, Kaitlin has contributed to the growth and success of the companies they have worked for.

Kaitlin Graves attended Trinity University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre & Film.
