Hayley Wilkins is a seasoned professional in business development and recruitment, currently serving as the UK Business Development Director for Page Outsourcing and previously as the Customer Engagement Director for Michael Page in the Middle East. With extensive experience in customized recruitment solutions, HR staffing, and client relationship management, Hayley has successfully placed over 200 HR professionals in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. As a DE&I UK Board Strand Lead for Women@Page, Hayley champions gender parity initiatives within the organization. Hayley's career began at Thomas Cook, where leadership and customer service were integral to the role, and has spanned various esteemed companies, enhancing organizational effectiveness and client engagement. Hayley is currently pursuing a degree in Advanced Nutrition Science at Mac-Nutrition Uni.
