Katie Murray

Katie Murray is a seasoned professional in the field of employee experience and talent development, currently serving as the Global Employee Experience Director at PageGroup since January 2015, where significant initiatives have included the development of a continuous listening strategy and the implementation of a digital action planning system. Prior to PageGroup, Katie held various talent development roles at Ingeus from July 2008 to January 2015, including Talent Development Director for the UK and MEA, and managed performance and delivery initiatives. Earlier experience includes a consulting position at Huxley Banking & Financial Services from July 2006 to July 2008. Currently pursuing a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School, with an expected completion in July 2024, Katie combines extensive experience in learning and development with a commitment to enhancing employee engagement.
