Kim Thornton has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing and digital acquisition. Kim is currently working as the Global Channel Marketing Director at PageGroup, where they lead the digital acquisition and engagement strategy. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Marketing Director for the UK & MEA region at PageGroup. Kim also held the positions of Director of Digital and Head of Digital Marketing for the UK, NAM & MEA region at PageGroup. Before joining PageGroup, Kim worked at Pfizer as a Digital Acquisition & Engagement Consultant, where they developed the digital acquisition strategy for the UK Essential Health business. Kim also has experience working at American Express as the Director of Digital Acquisition & Engagement for EMEA and as a Senior Manager in digital customer experience. Additionally, they worked at Merrill Lynch as a Business Manager in Online Marketing and at RICS and Powergen (now Eon) in various project management roles.
Kim Thornton completed a Master of Arts degree in Corporate Communication from Baruch College from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and American Literature from the University of Kent from 1993 to 1996. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained certifications in Safer Recruitment Training from NSPCC and Essential Leadership from FranklinCovey. Kim has also completed the Iyengar Yoga Introductory Teacher Training program at IYI UK.
