Victoria Natillo has extensive experience in the recruitment industry, particularly at PageGroup from May 2007 to September 2020, where Victoria served as Director of Legal, HR and Business Support in Scotland, overseeing recruitment for permanent, temporary, and contract roles across various sectors.
