Amani Shoman

Amani Shoman is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as the Director, HR Business Partner at PagerDuty since June 2018. Prior positions include Senior Manager and Senior HR Business Partner at PagerDuty, as well as Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner at Glu Mobile. Experience also encompasses a role as Senior HR Manager at Diamond Foods, Inc., where Amani drove talent management strategy and implemented a new mission statement aligned with company culture. Earlier career contributions include positions at Pacific Gas and Electric Company and as a Research Assistant at San Jose State University.
