Gavin Reynolds

Gavin Reynolds is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and consulting. Currently serving as a Principal Professional Services Consultant at PagerDuty since January 2021, Gavin focuses on helping customers maximize the value of the PagerDuty Operations Cloud platform while developing processes and technologies for exceptional customer experiences. Previously, at Chef Software, Gavin held the roles of Senior Engineering Consultant and Customer Success Engineer, advocating for DevOps practices and building trusted relationships with enterprise clients. Gavin's earlier experience includes an IT Manager position at Glasgow University Students' Representative Council, as well as multiple engineering roles at Halcrow, where responsibilities spanned various projects in civil engineering. Gavin holds a Master's degree in High Performance Computing from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Glasgow.
