Christopher Carter, P.E. has a diverse engineering background with significant experience in both military and civilian sectors. Serving as a Captain in the U.S. Army from May 2009 to January 2016, Christopher developed strong leadership skills and technical expertise. Following military service, Christopher worked at Page Southerland Page, Inc. from January 2016 to April 2025, progressing from Graduate Electrical Engineer to Associate Principal/Lead I&C Engineer. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from The University of Texas at El Paso.
