Fiona Le Roux

Fiona Le Roux has a diverse work experience in various companies and positions. Fiona began their career at Optus in 2000 as a Business Analyst, where they represented the Resourcing Centre on projects, including the implementation of recruitment management systems and the Optus careers website. Fiona then joined PageUp in 2005 as an Implementation & Support Manager, where they managed implementation projects and provided clients with business process expertise in recruitment and talent management. In 2008, Fiona joined Telstra as a Senior HR Project Specialist, leading and delivering technology projects to achieve HR strategic initiatives. Their major projects included the implementation of recruitment systems, development of reporting suites, and the creation of the Telstra careers website. Fiona returned to PageUp in 2016 as a Product Owner, responsible for overseeing product development.

Fiona Le Roux attended St Leonards College from 1986 to 1991, where they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any specific field of study. After completing high school, they pursued a degree in Business Management at Monash University from 1992 to 1994. Fiona has also obtained an additional certification in Advanced Product Management from RMIT University in April 2022.
