Paula Carvalho

Paula Carvalho has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Paula began their career as a Lawyer at Teixeira da Costa & Associados from 2002 to 2004. Paula then joined LG Electronics as a Corporate Lawyer from 2005 to 2007. Paula then transitioned to Páginas Amarelas, where they held multiple positions over the years. Paula started as a Customer Care Manager from 2007 to 2009 and later became the Operations Director from 2009 to 2010. Paula was then promoted to the role of Operations & After Sales Care Director from 2010 to 2013. From 2013 to 2017, Paula served as the Operations & After Sales Care, Human Resources & Development Director. Paula then joined OralMED Saúde as the Regional Director of Operations and Quality from 2018 to 2020. Most recently, they joined Páginas Amarelas again as the Chief Operating Officer in November 2020.

Paula Carvalho has a strong education background with degrees in Law and Management. Between 1994 and 1999, they attended the Universidade de Coimbra, where they completed their Graduation in Law. Following that, in 2006, they pursued further education at the Universidade Nova de Lisboa, earning a Pós-Graduação (Post-Graduation) degree in Gestão (Management).
