Crystal B. is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in baking and pastry arts. As the Owner and Cookie Artist at Crystallized Cookies since March 2021, Crystal combines creativity with baking expertise. Prior roles include Delivery Driver at Pagliacci Pizza since June 2009, Chocolatier at Theo Chocolate from June 2019 to August 2020, Pastry Lead/Dessert Production at Ray's Boathouse from March 2012 to December 2013, and Pastry Baker at The Essential Baking Company for a brief period in 2011. Crystal's foundational experience began at The Honey Bear Bakery from September 2006 to September 2009. Crystal holds a Specialty Pastry and Baking Degree from South Seattle College, completed between 2010 and 2011.

Pagliacci Pizza
Dorene Centioli-McTigue, her brother and her cousin opened the first Pagliacci Pizzeria on “The Ave” in Seattle’s University District in February of 1979. Their intention was to open a place where they could get good pizza, and it was over a year before they even got around to putting up a sign. As Dorene has said, “It was not a very business-like business." Since that first location on The Ave, Pagliacci has grown and now boasts over 20 locations around Seattle and the Eastside and offers delivery and catering to many Seattle neighborhoods. Emphasizing seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, Pagliacci Pizza is committed to sustainability and is in the Top 10 of Seattle City Light’s Green Up power program, which is made up of businesses that purchase their power from renewable sources.
