Sarah Mills

Sarah Mills started their career as a Graphic Specialist at American Geophysical Union in 2003. Sarah then worked as a Web Designer and Graphic Illustrator at Analytic Services, Inc from 2005 to 2012. From 2007 to 2012, they owned and designed at Star Soup Design. In 2012, they joined Matrix Group International as a Senior Web Designer until 2013. Sarah then worked as a Senior Designer at Atlantic 57 from 2013 to 2015. Sarah served as a Product Design Lead, Blockchain at IBM from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Head of Design at ConsenSys. Sarah worked as the Director of Product Design at DocuSign from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are the Director of UX Design at Pagoda since 2023.

Sarah Mills has a diverse education history. Sarah earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts from The George Washington University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. In 2010 and 2011, Sarah attended Boston University CDIA to specialize in Web Design.

In 2019, Sarah completed a course called "Business Thinking" at Second Wave Dive. Later, in 2022, they pursued a degree in "Design Org Strategy" from the same institution.

In addition to their formal education, Sarah holds several certifications. In 2016, they obtained the certification in "Blockchain Essentials for Developers" from IBM. The same year, they also earned the "IBM Design Thinking Practitioner" certification. Furthermore, Sarah obtained the "Defining Outcomes" certification from ProductTalk in July 2021. It is worth noting that Sarah has an additional certification as an "IBM Design Thinking Collaborator," although specific details regarding its acquisition are not provided.
