Heitor Ferreira Daniel has a strong background in fraud prevention and chargeback management. Heitor has held various leadership positions throughout their career, overseeing teams and implementing strategies to mitigate fraud and increase sales conversion. Heitor has worked for companies such as Pagsmile, ConectCar Mobilidade Eletrônica S.A, PayGo Pagamentos, Abcr - Agência Brasileira de Controle de Risco, PagSeguro UOL, Banco Itaú, and Orbitall. Their experience includes creating and monitoring fraud prevention indicators, implementing operational improvements, and working with different stakeholders in the payment industry. Heitor has a comprehensive understanding of the complete process chain of issuer, acquirer, and processor in the fraud prevention field.

Heitor Ferreira Daniel has an extensive education history. In 1997, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Trade from Universidade São Judas Tadeu. In 2002, they pursued a Post-Graduation in Business Management at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Following that, in 2010, they completed an MBA in Strategic and Economic Business Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Additionally, Heitor has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2019, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through Scrum Alliance, and they also completed SQL Essential Training through LinkedIn. In 2020, they received a certification in Design Thinking from Fundação Cásper Líbero. Furthermore, they are currently pursuing a certification in Fraud Investigation at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, expected to be completed in 2023.
