Joy Cox

Joy (Young) Cox, SPHR, currently serves as Culture & Talent Director at Pahlisch Homes Inc. since November 2021. With extensive experience in human resources, Joy held the position of Regional Human Resources Manager at Wyndham Destinations from July 2016 to November 2021 and served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Les Schwab Tire Centers from July 2015 to July 2016. Joy also worked as Director of Human Resources for Southwest Vermont Supervisory Union, supporting K-12 education within multiple school districts, and as Assistant Director of Human Resources at Bennington College, addressing a wide range of HR issues in a collegiate environment. Earlier roles included Talent Acquisition Manager at Verizon Wireless, where Joy managed a team of recruiters to achieve significant hiring targets, and HR Manager for the Pacific Northwest Region at Rural Cellular Corporation. Joy earned a B.A. in Education from Whitworth University between 1990 and 1994.
