Paelin Chen

Paelin Chen has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Most recently, they served as the Human Resources Director at Pahtama Group Co., Ltd. Prior to that, they held leadership roles at Telenor Myanmar, Telenor, Yoma Strategic Holdings, and Ooredoo Myanmar. Paelin also gained valuable experience at UNDP, where they worked as a Talent Management Analyst, Learning Resource Associate, Learning Development Consultant, and Human Resources Consultant. Their expertise includes strategy development, talent analytics, knowledge/change management, and leadership development.

Paelin Chen obtained a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) degree from the Institute of Medicine, Mandalay, where they studied medicine from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, Paelin has pursued various digital certifications on platforms like LinkedIn, including courses in cybersecurity, digital strategy, computer and text neck stretching exercises, managing conflict, HR recruiting communication strategies, and more. The majority of these certifications were obtained in 2021 and 2022, indicating a recent focus on acquiring digital and professional development skills.
