Jessica du Vivier

Jessica du VIVIER currently serves as the HR Director and Head of Talent & Development at PAI Partners since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at Ardian from January 2012 to November 2023 as an HR Development Senior Manager, overseeing a team responsible for recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding processes. Jessica's career in human resources began at Sagem DS as a Chargée RH Alternance from May 2010 to December 2011. Jessica holds an MBA in Administration RH/Alternance from PPA, completed between 2010 and 2012, and a Bachelor’s degree in Affaires Internationales from EBS Paris - European Business School, earned from 2006 to 2010.
