Patricia Seemann

Dr. Patricia Seemann is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in executive advisory roles and management across various sectors. As the Founder and CEO of The 3am Group since October 2014 and CEO of G21 since 1997, Dr. Seemann provides strategic guidance to multinational organizations. A Director and Chair of the Audit and Governance Committee at Population Action International, Dr. Seemann also held a significant position on the Group Management Board at Zurich Financial Services from 2000 to 2002, managing communications during critical periods. Dr. Seemann's expertise further includes principal roles at Ernst and Young LLP, head positions at Hoffmann La Roche and Ares Serono, product management at Sandoz, and early medical training in orthopaedic surgery. Dr. Seemann holds an MD from Heidelberg University and a Bacalaureat from Schule Schloss Salem.
