David Hirsch

David Hirsch is the current Director at Paice. Prior to this, they served as the Manager of Digital and Emerging Technologies at EY from March of 2018 to November of 2020. In this role, they were the technical lead for mid- to large-scale projects across a range of industries and was responsible for designing solutions and leading a development team to deliver digital transformation using the Salesforce platform.

From February 2015 to March 2018, David served as Senior Developer/Technical Lead at Sonoma Partners where they led technical solution/architecture discussions, estimated development effort, and delegated/managed the work of other developers for enterprise-level CRM projects. David also wrote simple, reliable, and scalable code on data-driven internet, intranet, and extranet applications.

Before their time at Sonoma Partners, David worked as a Sales Consultant/Engineer at Aptify from May 2013 to February 2015. In this role, they prepared and presented complex, enterprise-level software solution demos that ranged from one hour to multiple days in length. David also managed the full (multi-week) process of configuring the software for demos, including managing team members in the US and India, as well as completing their own (.NET and front-end-web-based) configurations.

David Hirsch has a Master's Degree in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce from DePaul University, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theater from Emerson College, and various Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Data Architecture & Management Designer, Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Administrator. Additionally, they have certification from Salesforce Trailhead.
