Paige Technologies' founders grew up in the technology era of the 90's - high IT demand/low candidate supply and everyone clamoring for 'hot skills' through tech certifications. Sounds easy enough - maybe if people were a commodity. Commodity business is a beautiful thing - a process that produces goods and services that are satisfying to all of us. But are people really synonymous with process? Sounds boring. Shouldn't people bring the personality that 'humanizes' process? We, at Paige, grew restless that this one-dimensional 'commodity' staffing approach - where success was defined by a number of skill matches. We knew there had to be a better way.
